After processing, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 4–6 business days across the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $250.

For orders below $250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elyon Luxury Hair is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance in such cases.
